[Nova-Net] New release #48 ???

Builds are small revisions to code that improve performance or correct
small bugs. In general, Nova's bug fixes have been in functions that
hardly anyone uses. I have not maintained the 2007 & 2008 history files
as I did early in Nova's development because the changes have been
small. Several bug fixes and feature additions remain on the to-do
list, I know.
