[Nova-Net] New release #48 ???

NOVA was updated in 2007, with an actual file date of 12/27/2007. NLSA posted the revision on 01/12/2008. (NO, NOVA-NET announcement sent out about the new version.)
 
 The new NFW32.ZIP file does not include HISTORY files for 2006, 2007,
 or 2008, giving us knowledge of what the new build actually accomplishes.
 NLSA web site does not have a HISTORY page for reviewing the changes.
 
 What did build #48 accomplish? What bugs were fixed? What operational improvements were added/changed?

Am I correct that #48, was the only revision release in 2007/2008 (to date)?

When can we view the NOVA revision history files to understand the changes of releases in 2006, 2007, 2008?
