[Nova-Net] m2 rotator

Using m2 MT1000 elevation rotator with m2 RC2800PX azmith 
rotator. Elevation rotator tracks ok , will not indicate 
on Nova screen, but indicates on rotator control box.
Azmith works properly. Elevation will not park, azmith
