[Nova-Net] Nova & Vista

This is almost too basic to post but it did take me a little while to 
remember I could try this. I have installed 2.2b on Vista (business) the 
install went fine but would not run after. Got a NfW32.EXE has stopped 
working when just left clicking on the icon. I had forgotten that Vista 
does not make the normal user an administrator. However, I ran the 
program as administrator, under the right click menu of the icon, and it 
appears to work. I do not use a lot of the features at the moment, the 
internet update does appear to work through space track.org.
