[Nova-Net] SAT Groups control in Auto-Track for Freq use

Yes, I can see how Nova's way of doing business would be frustrating.  
The Celestial objects are fundamentally different from Earth-orbiting 
satellites so they have to be kept separate.  The Artificial Satellites 
group consists of every satellite in Nova's database so you can't delete 
that (!).  The order of Groups is such that Artificial and Celestial 
always appears first... that is hard-wired, sorry.  It only adds one 
mouse click to have to choose which group you want from the list so that 
you can then choose which satellite you want.
