[Nova-Net] Is NOVA coming to a maturing end?

 This weekend I decided to Update my current NOVA to find that it is
 not needed. NOVA program has not been upgraded this year, last upgrade
 was 12/11/2006, build 2.2b #48.
 
 Have all NOVA issues/bugs/user requests been fixed/incorporated?
 
 Are there no improvements that can be put into NOVA (other than OS
 cmpatability changes; i.e. Vista/Linux)?
 
 Is NOVA so "User friendly" and "intuitive" that efficient operating
 improvements are not needed?
 
 What is the future for NOVA?
 
 Has NOVA matured into dormant product? Or has NLSA just shifted to
 other new products?
