[Nova-Net] Nova problems with Vista.

Jerry -
One of Vista's "features" is its User Account Control (UAC). It is
explained many places on the Web, including here:

Unless an application is adapted specifically for Vista, which most ham
software is not, then you will run into problems. I don't think that
UAC is worth the hassle so I have turned it off on my Vista computer.
