[Nova-Net] KEPS pdownload problem with NOVA

Found the solution.  My ISP recently changed my IP address in the past week as every time I went to a new application my firewall would ask if I wanted the application to run.  It did that for NOVA and the download for KEPS.  But Space-Track.org must have rejected me as it had my old IP address.  I could go to Space-Track.org direct and sign in and download the files on the site, but NOVA would stall out and advise I was not connected to the Internet.

Solution, maybe another way, but this has been bugging me for the past few days, so started trying different things.  I disconnected my wireless modem, restarted my Cable modem, reloaded Windows XP.  When all was loaded I used NOVA for download using the Space-Track.org site.  No stall out and was able to download the files.  Shut down Windows, reconnected my wireless modem, restarted the cable modem, reloaded Windows XP.  Tried with the wireless modem in place, all worked.  So I guess Space-Track.org was looking for my IP address and when the old one did not match the new IP address it rejected me.
