[Nova-Net] Question.

Dr. Owen,

	A question.  I have been a NOVA for a number of years now.  In fact,
while clearing my back-ups today (which includes 200+ 3.5" floppy disks) I
ran across my original NOVA - all 5 disks.  Now, I know the program on the
disks is all but worthless.  Many many upgrades have occurred since that
time.  However, because the registration number is on the disk, I hesitate
to destroy the disks.

	So my question is this.  If I were to destroy the disks, and somehow
mis-place the registration number, and had a loss of data on the
computer.... (bad scenario I know), is there a way to recover the
registration number?  Do you keep a record?

	Just looking for a little peace of mind here, should Murphy visit
the shack.
