[Nova-Net] Amateur Sats

AO-27 listed as Oscar 27, AO-51 as Echo.

All others listed at www.amsat.org:  http://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/satellites/status.php
Click on the "short" designator and it will give the "name".
When Space-Track.org took over the Keps the name rather than the AMSAT designator is used.
